Initially there was some kick back from those in our 80 day group with this timed nutrition thing. Turns out it’s super easy to follow; all it takes is some planning and organization….which we all need in our life anyway! It’s awesome to see how this professional plan is doable for everyone; busy moms, night shift workers, teachers, etc.
Having the alarm set on my phone is a MUST for me. It takes my focus off food. Since I have it all planned, prepped and the alerts set I’m finding I don’t worry, stress, scramble or anxiously await my next meal.
I’m excited to see what eating the right foods at the right times will do for my body, energy & mentality. So far, so good! Day 4
